Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. The delivery estimates on this page apply to the continental U.S.; shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories may need additional transit time. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States.

All orders ship from our facility in Miami, Florida, where our products are manufactured by A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Subscribe & Save orders receive priority processing and handling.

Shipping options and rates

  • Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): the exact USPS rate for your order's weight and destination, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Typically arrives 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, with tracking included.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more (product subtotal after any discounts, before tax).

The shipping charge is the USPS rate for your package; we don't add a handling fee. We don't currently offer expedited shipping; if that changes, the option and its cost will appear at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; severe weather and carrier delays can occasionally extend them.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also see the status of your orders by logging into your account. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier's first scan.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

Delayed

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it shows no movement for several days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received

Check with household members and neighbors, and look around your entrance or mailroom, since carriers sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before it arrives. If it still hasn't turned up within 2 days, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged in transit

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please review it carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can usually correct the address before the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product price.

Subscribe & Save deliveries

Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you choose: every 30, 60, or 90 days. You'll receive an order confirmation and a tracking email for every shipment, and each one is covered by this policy. You can change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.
