How to Use

Take with a meal. Adults: take 1 to 2 softgels daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider. A full serving is 2 softgels, and a meal that contains some fat helps the body absorb vitamins D3 and K.

Keep a routine. Take it with the same meal each day so it becomes part of your routine.

Store properly. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the safety seal under the cap is broken or missing.
