Maximum D3® provides 325 mcg (13,000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in a single capsule designed to be taken once a week. Vitamin D supports bone health, calcium absorption and normal immune function.

How to Use

Take one capsule weekly. Take 1 capsule once a week, with or without food. Timing is flexible: a few days early or late is not significant.

Talk to your doctor first. Children under 12 and women who are pregnant or nursing should consult a physician before use. Do not take more than one capsule per week unless directed by your doctor.

Store properly. Store at room temperature, 15–25°C (59–77°F). Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
